Heighway Associates Architects continue to closely monitor the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic and are regularly reviewing our policies in line with current government advice.
Our priority is the health, safety and well-being of our staff and the people we work with, and therefore to minimise any risk of infection our offices are now closed. We will remain committed to providing the same high level of service to our Clients during this period.
Jonathan Heighway is carrying out controlled and planned site visits as many have recently reopened. This is normally follow up by a debrief with the project architect / manager / technician. Client and contractor meetings are generally held over Zoom and minutes, valuations, instructions and day to project management carries on as usual.
Whilst we have ceased site visits and face to face meetings, we are still able to provide remote initial consultations. We are already very experienced at understanding houses from plans, photographs and various online resources and can maximise the use of video and conference call facilities to assist with the development of your project. You can take us around your house and explain your ideas and aspirations and we can take it from there.

Our phones and other lines of communication remain in place, and we have equipped all of our staff with systems that allow them to work from home with full access to our office network.
